Dreamers – The Hollywood Roosevelt

featured here is The Hollywood Roosevelt, a boutique hotel in Hollywood, Ca..pics and commentary below courtesy of Luxury Travel Magazine.

Rooms & Suites: 300

The hotel completed a $50 million dollar refurbishment in 2005 that has brought the glamour of Hollywood’s fabled past back to Hollywood Boulevard.

Home to the town’s hottest Tropicana Bar and Tim & Liza Goodell’s chophouse Dakota, the hotel is buzzing with scene-makers, musicians and the entertainment industry’s glitterati. The most popular destination on property is often the hotel’s heated outdoor swimming pool with depths up to 9ft, one of the largest outdoor hotel pools in Los Angeles; it boasts the only place in the world you can swim in a million dollar piece of art, as original tiles are painted by acclaimed artist David Hockney.

The Hollywood Roosevelt hotel offers the Dakota chop house, 24-hour gourmet burger bar 25 Degrees, Library bar cocktail lounge, and Tropicana, our poolside bar.

CoCo & Breezy

..here we have featured Coco & Breezy, twin sisters from Minnesota who have a very fresh and futuristic take on fashion in particularily eyewear..commentary and video below courtesy of We R Classic.

Who would have thought that twin 20-year-old sisters from Minnesota would change the game of the eyewear scene? At the age of 19, with just a couple of bags and big dreams in tote, Coco and Breezy took the dive and moved to New York City. They hoped to expand their upstart, fashion-savvy eyewear brand, aptly named Coco & Breezy. And expand they did.

Coco & Breezy has become one of the most talked about eyewear lines in the industry. Their futuristic shades have been spotted on the likes of Ashanti, Kelly Osbourne, Ciara, and Nicki Minaj. And they’ve graced the pages of The New York Times, Vogue Italia, Paper, and Vibe. Their persona and brand image may at first appear aggressive, but don’t get it twisted. These twins are very down-to-earth. Behind their statement, blackout sunglasses—oft embellished with studs, slick strips of metal and chains—you find two sweet, ambitious ladies, turning their dreams into reality.
